Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Cosmetics, perfumes, and intimate wear are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support.lovyx@gmail.com with your Order ID. Our delivery partner will pick up the item from your address within 2-4 business days.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a payout link will be sent to your registered email/phone.
